INSPECTION & RETURN POLICY

1. Inspection Policy

To fully protect customers’ rights when shopping on Pcoustic.com.vn, we provide a policy allowing customers to inspect and check the goods together with the delivery staff upon receipt. This means when you receive your package from the courier, you may open it to inspect the product’s exterior before making payment.

Customers are allowed to inspect only the external condition of the product, including:

Whether the product matches the order.

Whether the quantity and type of goods match the description.

Whether the product has defects, is incorrect, or shows any loss during transportation.

Product trials or usage testing are not included in the inspection.

If during inspection you find that the product is damaged, expired, or inconsistent with the description published on Pcousticshop.com, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

If the package shows signs of being opened, torn, or the seal is broken, you may refuse to receive it. Alternatively, you can request the delivery staff to open the package for you to check the contents. If the product matches your order, you may proceed to accept it. However, in some cases, it is best to refuse receipt if the package is torn or shows signs of prior tampering, as your product may risk being replaced with items of inferior quality.

The inspection fee will follow the regulations of each shipping unit and will be clearly shown on the delivery note.

2. Return Policy

1. Scope of Returns

Pcoustic supports returns in the following cases:

a) Wrong or Missing Products

If the product you receive does not match your order (wrong product or missing items), please notify Pcoustic immediately within 24 hours from the time the order is delivered.
Prompt notification allows us to check with relevant departments and resolve the issue quickly.

b) Damaged Products During Transportation

During shipping, some risks such as breakage, dents, leakage, or other defects may occur, affecting the appearance and user experience.

2. Return Conditions

We encourage customers to check the product immediately upon receipt to ensure it matches the quantity, type, model, and quality ordered.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for faster support.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and included gifts (if any).
  • Packaging is intact, undamaged, and properly stored as instructed.
  • If damaged during shipping, please take photos and send them to Pcoustic immediately.
  • Notification period: Within 24 hours for cases of wrong/missing items or damage during transportation.
  • Return shipping fees: Free for cases of wrong/missing products or damage during transportation.

Please refer to the Return Process below to ensure timely support.

Cases not eligible for return:

  • Requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
  • Requests made after the return period expires.
  • Failure to follow the product usage instructions.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Check return conditions

Verify that your case falls into one of these categories:

  • Wrong or missing products.
  • Damaged products during shipping.

  • Name of the product to be returned.

Step 3: Pcoustic confirmation

Once your request is approved, Pcoustic will notify you to send the product back via our shipping partner.

Step 4: Return the product to Pcoustic

  • Carefully pack the product and send it via the designated shipping partner.
  • If you are outside our partner’s service area, please bring the product to the nearest post office for delivery.
  • Note: Please ensure careful packaging. Pcoustic will not be responsible for products damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer.

Step 5: Response and update from Pcoustic

After receiving your returned product, Pcoustic will update you on the return/exchange process and inform you of the estimated handling time for each stage.
